Under my leadership, this campaign aimed at highlighting Dunkin' restaurant team members through a series of live social media events. Our goal was to enhance enthusiasm for working at Dunkin’ and drive applications for in-store positions. Each event featured celebrity partnerships with Dunkin’ crew ambassadors on Instagram and TikTok, where they shared their personal experiences and the rewarding aspects of their roles. We also engaged viewers with surprise prizes to further incentivize participation. Throughout the campaign, we actively promoted Dunkin’ career opportunities, guiding viewers to apply at local Dunkin’ locations or through the Dunkin’ Careers page online.
